The Poly Mic sign up form
This is the main form to ask for a spot at The Poly Mic. Requesting a spot does not guarantee one, as we try to keep things balanced in terms of who has performed recently, kinds of performance, etc. 

We prioritize queer and trans performers.

To offer you a spot, one of The Poly Mic producers (Raquel, Alo, Kaja, Aurora or Lauren) will contact you via Instagram or email closer to the show date and confirm that you are still available.
