Als je al een bestemming hebt voor je items, geef ze dan ook hier op! Maar…
…laat degene aan wie je ze doneert ALTIJD ook het formulier invullen op de VRAGERS-pagina. Hierin vragen we ze akkoord te gaan met een 'Vrijwaring van Aansprakelijkheid (te zien onderaan diezelfde pagina). Achteraf de papieren versie geven telt niet. Als ze de aanvraag niet zelf opgeven via deze site, ben jij Hoofdelijk Aansprakelijk zijn als er iets mis zou gaan!
In het formulier kunnen ze aangeven dat jij hen al helpt, want dat is prima! Het kan verder gewoon rechtstreeks via jou lopen. Laat de regio-coördinator weten dat jij de order oppakt, dan boeken we de items bij jouw voorraad af.

Please also fill out this form for items you already have a destination for, but make sure you ALWAYS ask the receiver to also fill out the form on the VRAGERS/REQUESTER page. This is essential, because it will require them to agree with the ‘Release from liability’. Giving them a written copy upon delivery does not count. If they have not agreed in the form, you are personally liable when anything happens.
In the form, they can indicate that you are already helping them. That’s perfectly fine! Just tell your regional coördinator that your’re picking up this one, and they take the items out of your stock.
