We are currently creating a new season of So Much Together workshops for Winter and Spring (January through June) 2024. This season will feature a mix of online and in-person workshops throughout Oregon. We are looking for presenters whose work connects in some way to the series' upcoming themes:
Public
Currents
Fear
We are inviting people to share work that they admire, celebrate, and view as worthy of public engagement. Please use this form to suggest a person, organization, or collective that is doing imaginative and collaborative work—or if you are interested in presenting your own work—related to one or more of these themes. Past presenters have been artists, educators, community leaders, and advocates. For more examples, please refer to our list of past workshops (link below).
About So Much Together
So Much Together is an Oregon Humanities program that celebrates the abundance of imaginative and collaborative work shaping lives and the land in the Pacific Northwest. Workshops blend presentation, conversation, activity, and reflection to build understanding of great work happening in our region.
At each event, guest presenters share their work through storytelling, diverse media, and dialogue. Participants are invited to ask questions, have conversations, and collaborate on projects and activities designed by presenters to inspire meaningful engagement with the ideas and processes that make this great work happen.
Presenters receive compensation and support from Oregon Humanities staff throughout the workshop planning process.
