2021 Colleyville Soccer Association Annual College Scholarship Application
We will be choosing two 2021 graduating seniors as winners, generally striving for one male and one female winner, with each receiving a $2000 towards their furthering education, presented in the form of a check given out in person at our Annual General Meeting in Colleyville. As odd as it sounds, we have had years in which we had ZERO submissions from one or the other gender, so we reserve the right to give both as we see fit, regardless of gender, but with a goal of gender equity.

Please complete the following entirely. Any incomplete applications will be removed from the competition. The most important inclusions are your ESSAY and a recap of your tenure at CSA! In fact, YOUR ESSAY IS SOOOO IMPORTANT, PERHAPS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER WRITING IT ELSEWHERE, so when you get to that part of the application you can simply cut and paste it into the online form. Applications must be submitted by Midnight Thursday, April 29, 2021. Additionally, this application asks you for up to three extracurricular activities together with the name and phone number of your sponsor in that activity, as well as one TEACHER and one NON-TEACHER reference. Once you've collected all that, you're ready to begin! If you have more than three, give us your best ones, if less, tell us about the ones you have!

If selected, you will be contacted on or before May 4th and asked to attend our award ceremony at our Annual General Meeting on May 5th at Colleyville Center for presentation of your scholarship check.
