*En validant le formulaire d'inscription, le participant s'engage à effectuer le paiement des droits d'inscription. Le paiement s'effectue après réception de notre facture.
*Tout participant empêché peut se faire remplacer par la personne de son choix, ou recevoir la documentation. Toute annulation doit être communiquée par email au plus tard trois jours ouvrables avant le colloque. Passé ce délai, le droit d’inscription reste dû.
*Votre adresse mail est reprise dans nos bases de données. Ces dernières sont utilisées pour annoncer nos activités et organiser nos colloques et journées d’études. Conformément au Règlement général sur la protection des données personnelles, vous pouvez avoir accès à ces données et, le cas échéant, les faire rectifier ou supprimer.
*Sauf avis contraire, votre nom et votre affiliation sont indiqués sur la liste des participants distribuée lors de l’événement. Quand il s’agit d’un webinaire, en validant le formulaire d’inscription, vous donnez votre consentement à l’affichage de votre nom et de votre adresse email dans la liste des participants générée sur Microsoft Teams.
*Le participant est informé que l’événement organisé en ligne ou en co-modal est enregistré et que l’enregistrement peut être diffusé à des fins didactiques.
*By submitting the inscription form, the participant undertakes to pay the registration fees. The payment shall be made upon receipt of our invoice.
*Any participant unable to attend may be replaced by the person of his/her choice or may receive the documentation. The cancellation shall be communicated no later than three working days before the seminar. After this date, the registration fees remain due.
*Your email address is included in our databases. The latter are used to announce our activities and to organize our conferences and workshops. In compliance with the General Regulation on personal data protection, you have the right to access these data and, if necessary, to ask for the rectification or the deletion.
*Unless otherwise stated, your name and affiliation are indicated on the list of participants distributed during the event.
* For a Webinar, by validating the registration form, the participant gives his consent to display his name and email address in the list of participants viewed on Microsoft Teams
* Please note that the event will be recorded. The participants agree with the recording and the dissemination.
