If you are feeling worried about something that has happened online or on your phone, tell a trusted adult. 

You might have received or have been asked to send a picture or a message that doesn't feel right. If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Remember, it is not your fault.

If there is no one to tell or you are still concerned, complete the form to let the school know.

An adult at school will call you at home the next day.
