This form must be completed to be a participant of our yard sale on April 9, 2022. Food vendors will be required to include a copy of business insurance. The fee to participate is $20. Arrival is at 9 AM, we begin at 10 AM, and end at 3 PM. Payment can be made via Zelle (send funds to blbcmgmt@gmail.com), at the taproom during hours of operation, or dropping off a check. Payment must be made 48 hours before the event. Deadline for registration is April 1, 2022.
