Charleston County School District (CCSD) appreciates the support that our community partners provide to our students.

Does your organization meet with students in schools on a regular, ongoing basis?

Given the large number of community partners providing services to CCSD students, we created a clearinghouse to help coordinate partners.

Anticipated benefits:
• Provide a directory of in-school programs and service providers.
• Match schools’ needs with organizations’ services.
• Identify opportunities for organizations' collaboration.
• Identify services and programs in a school.
• Celebrate organization's contributions.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please complete a separate profile for EACH program or service (e.g., tutoring, mentoring) that your organization provides directly to students at schools on a *regular, ongoing basis*.
