Rolling Admission
We are doing "rolling admissions" in between regular DICAS application cycles.
We want to get to know you. We have included some questions about how much time you plan to devote to this internship and what other commitments you have, as well as your timeline for completing the internship. We want you to be successful.
If you have not already done so, you need to pay your $40 application fee via PayPal.

This applications does ask for information about your rotations. GTTN can help you find rotations once accepted, but we also want to know about any preceptors you have found so far

Your information in this form can be edited, so if need be, you can update the form.

Things you'll need to fill out this form: the GPA on your transcript and possible references with their contact info (academic, work/volunteer).
