plastiCITY as a part of Got to Move 2019
Have you ever wondered how sounds of plastic can be music/musical?

Compromised of contemporary dancer Valerie Lim and classical saxophonist Michellina Chan, Duo plastiCITY invites you to a site-sensitive inter-disciplinary performance walk where audiences are invited to participate with pieces of plastic to create a complex soundscape.

This collaboration blurs the lines between dancer and musician. With both performers prepared to dive into the other’s world of art and to push the limits of their plasiticity, expect to see partnering moves as well as the body being used as an instrument.

Location:
Starting from under the bridge near the Esplanade to the Jubilee bridge
Wet weather plan: concentration of the area under the overhead bridge

Shows:
12th October 2019 // 16h-16h30, 18h30-19h, 20h30-21h
20th October 2019 // 16h-16h30, 18h30-19h, 20h30-21h
