Pay the registration fee of £40.00 and understand that this is non-refundable
Agree to pay all sums raised in the name of PIPS Hope and Support Ltd directly to PIPS Hope and Support Ltd at a date no later than 4 weeks after the fundraising event, unless otherwise agreed by PIPS Hope and Support Ltd.
Keep details of the names and addresses of and amounts donated or pledged by all donors and provide such details to PIPS Hope and Support Ltd.
I understand that all money received by PIPS Hope and Support Ltd is treated as a donation and is non-refundable.
Only use sponsorship forms issued by PIPS Hope and Support Ltd and not use any other sponsorship form (unless agreed by PIPS Hope and Support Ltd)
Not reproduce the PIPS Hope and Support Ltd image without first obtaining the permission of PIPS Hope and Support Ltd.
Ensure PIPS Hope and Support Ltd pre-approve any materials produced to help with my promotions, whether printed or online (posters, press releases, websites etc.).
Take responsibility for the safe keeping of the money raised in PIPS Hope and Support Ltd name, both during and after the collections, until it is transferred to PIPS Hope and Support Ltd in line with PIPS Hope and Support Policies.
This agreement will run from today’s date (entered below) until the date upon which I finish fundraising for PIPS Hope and Support Ltd, unless terminated by PIPS Hope and Support Ltd at any time in writing to me at the address I have given below.
I declare myself a “fit and proper” person to raise funds for PIPS Hope and Support Ltd and do not intend to do anything to bring PIPS Hope and Support Ltd into disrepute. I understand that PIPS Hope and Support Ltd may terminate my right to raise funds at any time.
