In order for us to provide both you and your future tenant outstanding property management service we need to know as much about your property as possible.  We have put together this questionnaire to do just that.  Please take a few minutes to fill out as much information about your property as you can.

If yes we would collect a non refundable pet fee from your tenant. Those pet fees start at $250. Any damages the pet does can still come out of the tenants deposit.  We do not allow aggressive breeds dogs at the properties we manage. An example of the breads we do not allow are Doberman, Pitt Bulls, Chow, German Shepherd, etc.

NC law states that the landlord must provide a working smoke alarm in each hallway on each floor AND in each bedroom.  After January 1st, 2013 if an alarm is replaced or added it MUST be a 10 year lithium battery tamper-resistant smoke alarm. All smoke alarms should be replaced after 10 years.
Does your property have a working carbon monoxide detector on each level of your home?   *
