Dear player,

this is the signup form you need to fill out to attend the Requiem: Reichskinder larp.

The questionnaire contains both mandatory and optional parts, but it should not take more than 20 minutes of your time to fill out, even very thoroughly.
In the end, please do not miss the link leading to a separate personal questionnaire, in which you can tell us more personal and confidential information that may be important for your game.

You don't need a tape measure to fill out the form, we won't ask you for your proportions or diet either. We will send you additional form with these questions in case you get a spot at the game.

Warning!
This game is for 18+ players only. The game is also not available for pregnant people in any phase of pregnancy, with no exceptions. In case you get pregnant in between the sign up and the game, send us an e-mail on requiem@rolling.cz, please, we will talk with you about the game options.
