Registration Form for Adell's School of Dance 2021-22 Season

Step 2: Create your ASD Studio Director Portal Account. This is available on the home page of our website. DancewithAdell.com (If you are a returning family, you already have an account set up, please log in to update any information that has changed.)

Step 3:  Submit registration fee.  Payment may be made via check or cash during open house or mailed to the studio.

ASD Programs and Pricing:
Intro to Dance!  Me & Mini Me, Toddler Tots and our 3-6 Intensive Program!
3-6 Intensive Program:  Broken up into 3 separate levels to accommodate age, ability and correct progression. An intro to Tap, Jazz, Ballet and Acro classes all combined into one class per week!  Dancers must be potty-trained in order to take the 1st or 2nd year Intensive class. Me & Mini Me and Toddler classes do not need to be potty-trained in order to enroll.

Recreational Classes: Classes that are held weekly and perform in our yearly showcase.
Competitive Classes: Classes held with requirements, will compete routines as well as perform in our yearly showcase.
 
ASD Pricing:

Registration: $35.00 One-Time Fee  Family- $50.00
(includes yearly cleaning, portal access, scheduling, remote instruction if needed and place held in class)

Monthly Tuition Prices:
Me & Mini Me, Toddler & Intensive Classes: $35.00
45 minute classes: $35.00 per class
1 hour classes: $38.00 per class


Dancer/Family Discount Rates PREREGISTRATION (Ends 8/12/21)
1 Dancer: 6 classes or more- 10% off of entire monthly tuition
2 Dancers: Combined total of 5 classes or more-15% off of entire monthly tuition
3 Dancers: Combined total of 7 classes or more-20% off of entire monthly tuition
4+ Dancers: Combined total of 9 classes or more-25% off of entire monthly tuition

Dancer/Family Discount Rates: (Effective 8/13/21)
1 Dancer: 6 classes or more- 5% off of entire monthly tuition
2 Dancers: Combined total of 7 classes or more-10% off of entire monthly tuition
3 Dancers: Combined total of 9 classes or more-15% off of entire monthly tuition
4+ Dancers: Combined total of 11 classes or more-20% off of entire monthly tuition

Additional ASD Team Options and Descriptions
ASD Performance Team-
Ages 2-5  (Premie League)  Can participate in community events, accompanied by a parent/adult.
Ages 6+   Must enroll in Jazz & Ballet   Performs in parades, community events and extra performances. If interested, more details can be emailed to you.

ASD All Star Competitive Team-
Ages 6+  Must be enrolled in Tap, Jazz, Ballet & Technique.  The amount of ballet classes required depends on age.  This includes participation on the ASD Performance Team, our opening number and the ability to apply for Specialty Choreography.
1 Convention is required. 1 Competition is Required.  If interested, more details can be emailed to you.
