If you would like to participate in the 2021 Mateship Match, please complete the form below.

The match is scheduled for 1pm on the Sunday afternoon, field 4. All players should meet in front of Tournament Central tent by 12:30pm to organize teams. Uniforms will be handed out when teams are organized.

All participants MUST also be registered with the USAFL: https://register.usafl.com/user/register (registration dues not required if this is your only match to be played).

Attendance Requirements

EVERY attendee to 2021 USAFL Nationals in Austin, TX, will need to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR negative COVID test result.

A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after the second shot of Pfizer/Moderna or single shot of Johnson & Johnson. The last possible date to get your second shot(Pfizer/Moderna) or single shot (J&J) for entry to Nationals would be Saturday, October 2nd.

Negative COVID-19 Test Requirements

If submitting a negative COVID Test, the following apply:

To be valid, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours (3 days) of attending Nationals. Test must be taken NO EARLIER than Wed 10/13 8am and must be submitted via LMS BEFORE Friday 10/15 5pm.
Only test results from PCR or Rapid Test administered by a health professional will be accepted. At home antigen test results will not be accepted.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS - Walk-ins, people showing up on Saturday or Sunday without completing the safety requirements in the timeline provided herein will not be eligible to play and will be required to leave the venue.

Submitting Vaccine or Negative COVID-19 Test Information:

Online: Participants can submit proof of their full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result by uploading an image, to their user profile on usafl.com, that includes their CDC issued vaccination card or negative test result.  All submitted documents will be retained by the USAFL Board for no more than 1 week.
In Person: Any individual that prefers to submit their information in person can do so at the player registration by 9pm, Friday, October 15.
