We're looking forward to this year's 2023 Roseville Neighborhood Watch Holiday Lights On Wheels Parade!  This event is in it's 4th year, and grows every year thanks to the support of those in our awesome community.  We can't thank you enough for your support!

Due to the growth of the Parade, we now have to register those that will be DRIVING in the Parade.  We had around 60 vehicles last year, and have to cap it at 100 this year, so we don't tie up the intersections for too long during the Parade.  If you are a spectator, watching anywhere along the route, you do NOT need to use this form.  If you are driving, please fill out the form below.  

Please note that this year, we will not be allowing double or triple axle vehicles.  Busses and single axle vehicles, like smaller tow trucks, are fine.  In the past, we had issues with the larger vehicles negotiating the turns throughout the route, and we need to keep the Parade moving.  

Please make sure the name entered below is the person driving the vehicle.  That name will be used to enter the staging area.  If you are driving with a group (SCS Jeepers, for example), every vehicle in that group has to be registered.  Please do NOT register a vehicle if you do not plan on showing up; you'll potentially be taking a spot that could be used for someone planning to participate.  Once we reach 100 vehicles registered, we will stop allowing registrations.  Please do not show up to the staging area unless you've registered your vehicle with this form.
