Look through the weather forecast for upcoming weeks, and pick a day when you can spend some time outside to "forest bathe" *

Do some "forest bathing" by spending time walking through the woods focusing on the sounds, smells, sights and letting the calm of nature bring gratitude.

If you cannot go outside because of the weather, check out the Garfield Park Conservatory which is a beautiful Southside treasure (link below), and you can also tell us what you thought
