Tap into your experience of a Rage Day to heal your relationship with your Concious Anger.
This Rage Day  includes embodiment practices to experience this energy, moving with it and being in connection with others with it.
 
Anger is one of your core natural free adult feelings - one that you can consciously use to create incredible things with!
Growing up in modern culture, learning from your parents, and their parents, anf your teachers in school created a different disempowering relationship for you with this energy of anger.

This Rage Day is about discovering, practising and re-empowering the part of you that knows how to use ANGER, elegantly, compassionately, professionally, precisely, dangerously, lovingly, and CouRAGEously and we will explore this with embodying this force of nature.

We are not going to lie, a Rage Day is not for everyone. If the part of you that is fighting to keep you the same, has a too strong of a hold on you, then it's not going to work.

If you are ready for something like this, you can already feel it. This Rage Day originates from ‘Possibility Management. Its being delivered to hundreds of people all over the world. Empower yourself and meet this powerful part of yourself and bring it home to create the life you want.
