2021 Freedom Festival Vendor Booth Application
We are EXTREMELY excited to hold our annual 4th of July event, the Freedom Festival at Pfaff Park in 2021! The main stage will feature live entertainment by The Brothers Reed along with emcee DJ Veach. We are excited to have your business be part of this festive Central Point experience.

Thank you for understanding the requirements of this years festival are stringent, but we are working very hard to have a fun, patriotic, and safe festival for all Central Point residents to enjoy. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Festival will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Vendors must be set up and ready to vend by 9:30 a.m., please keep in mind street access to the park will close at 8 a.m to all vehicles, absolutely no exceptions.

Space is limited, even more so than years past, please inform us if your booth exceeds the specifications we have in place when you apply, not doing so may result in your booth not fitting the area, forcing us to remove you from the set up, no reimbursements will be made in this situation.

This years festival will have a limited number of registrants who will be chosen by the Board to have variety of different organizations and entrants for all festival goers of all ages to enjoy. Not all registrants will be accepted for this years festival.

Applications must be submitted by June 20th. Payments are not due until we are absolutely sure the event will not be cancelled due to COVID restrictions, but no later than June 20th. Late applications will not be accepted this year.  If payments are not received by June 20th, the next registrant on the waiting list will take your place.
