PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ELECTIVE PLACEMENT IS BASED UPON STATE ASSESSMENT (FSA) SCORES AND AVAILABILITY.WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO PUT STUDENTS INTO THEIR 1ST & 2ND CHOICE BUT AN ALTERNATIVE PLACEMENT MAY BE NECESSARY.

Our school will be on a 7 period day for the 2022-2023 school year.
Required Courses: Recommendations from teachers and prior FSA/FCAT scores are used to determine specific placement. The following courses are required for all students at Explorer K-8:
English Language Arts (ELA), Math,  Physical Education,  Social Studies, Science

*Intensive Reading (FSA Level 1 and 2) and/or *Intensive Math (FSA Level 1) (Placement in these classes will be guided by state and district direction as we prepare for the 2022-2023 school year)
