The masks are distributed free of charge.

This form is to enable us to manage orders of masks from community groups or agencies and to ensure those with a priority needs are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind the production of masks is dependent on donations of material which may decrease at times and our capacity to deliver items in line with the Government's restrictions.
