Saugerties AYSO 595 Sponsorship
We are looking for local businesses to sponsor a team and/or field for the Fall 2021 season.  Please complete this form and mail your payment by July 31st if you are interested in sponsorship.  

The Sponsorship options are:
1. Team Sponsorship - A team will be named after your group/business.  The name of your business will be printed on the back of a team's jersey during the Fall season.  You will also receive a team photo plaque.  In addition, your business will be listed on our www.ayso595.org website with a link provided to your website.

2. Field Sponsorship - The name of your business and/or your logo will be printed on a 6x3 vinyl banner and proudly displayed at the soccer fields at Cantine Field for the duration of our Fall and Spring seasons.  You will also receive a team photo plaque.  In addition, your business will be listed on our www.ayso595.org website with a link provided to your website.

3. Gold Sponsorship - **BEST VALUE** This sponsorship includes 1 team sponsorship and 1 field sponsorship at a discounted rate.
