Shadow Request Form

We are grateful you are interested in joining the Tattnall Square Academy family! The shadowing experience is available to all current 1st-11th grade students. The length of the visit may vary based on the schedule and age of the student. A complimentary lunch will be provided. We have found that it is best to have the student shadow in his/her current grade in order to meet and create friendships with Tattnall students in the same peer group.
Please provide two possible dates for a shadow visit in the event we cannot accommodate your first choice date. Prior permission from the Admissions Office must be granted before the visit. This request form should be submitted a minimum of two days prior to the requested date to shadow.

All students who shadow are expected to respect all TSA rules, including dress code (khaki pants, shorts, skorts, and a solid polo-style shirt).
