Work Order Assistance Request
Welcome to the PSC Work Order Assistance Request form. This is NOT the official PSC Work Order System and is instead a liaison system for students to request assistance in their on-campus spaces. Please use this as tool to request help with work orders: you are also welcome to contact your RA and/or use paper work order request slips which can be found on RA doors.

The more specific you are in this form, the better we can assist. If you are not specific, we may not be able to help you. Please note that work orders are not instant: it make take a few days for Facilities to be able to respond to requests that are not emergencies.

If you have an emergency (large leak, overflow, immediate fire or electrical hazard, etc.) please stop filling out this form and call Campus Safety at 518-327-6300.

Please tell us where specifically the issue is. For example: "In my room on the left side of the room" // "In the Currier laundry room on the first floor" // " In the Saratoga kitchen towards the window" and so on. Room numbers are most helpful!
What specifically is wrong? *
Give us as much information as possible. For example,  do not say "toilet isn't working" -- tell us more! Instead, say "Toilet won't flush// Toilet handle fell off// Toilet seat slipped off." Any other helpful information?
Examples: How long has this been happening? Has this happened before? Etc.
