Spring 2023 sees the launch of the Ontario Women's Football League, a province-wide league. This form is the registration for the U16 and U19 OWFL programs, in addition to our U13 development program. At this time, we are only collecting a $200 deposit. Fees for the U16 and U19 programs require us to know our schedule before they can be set. As there may be as many as six bus trips, our budget must be balanced accordingly. We are expecting fees may land around $900, with addition fundraising efforts on behalf of each player, but this number is not final. For the U13 development program, as there is no travel involved, we are expecting final fees of $300, which is also to be confirmed.

We're not asking which program your child is registering for because athletes are assigned to an age group based on their birth year.

Upon submission of this registration form, payment of the $200 deposit will be done via e-transfer to cpfpayment@gmail.com. Please include the program selection (Girls Tackle) and the full name of the player. Once payment is received, you will be added to the TeamLinkt group for this program, securing your spot.

This form is set up to collect information on one parent/guardian. We can add extra individuals once registered.
