This form must be submitted in order to allow student participation in summer school programming.
Credit Recovery via Seat-Based Learning, Summer 2022.

Summer school will run from June 13th - July 19th, Monday through Friday, with no school on Monday, July 4th.  There will be two sessions per Day:  7:30am-9:15am or 9:15am-11:15am.  If students need two or more credits, they are able to attend both sessions.
                                                                         
The objective of credit recovery via seat-based learning is for students to achieve credit(s) for any incomplete course(s).  Students qualify for this program if they are behind in credits.  Social/Emotional Goal: Collaborative Worker - Listens attentively and follows directions, asks questions, demonstrates respectful and considerate behavior, and completes assignments.  Students will meet their goals by showing understanding on course competencies. Credit(s) will be awarded to students once demonstrated to the satisfaction of a licensed teacher. Students are expected to attend at least one session per day until they recover the course credit(s).

Please come to the east entrance on June 13th at either 7:30am or 9:15am for a quick orientation, and then staff will direct you to your classroom.  A snack will be provided to students each day during summer school.  District transportation is available for students accessing summer school, please see question below to mark your need.  If you do not know what courses you will be taking in summer school, please contact your counselor.

Credit Recovery instruction will be delivered in person through the Schoology platform.
