A one-week intensive training course for ’emerging leaders,’ the B2B has the same values as the 6-week Leadership Development Course(LDC). If you are taking your first steps into leadership or want to develop skills you are starting to build, we want to send you out in greater confidence than when you arrived.
Leaders in their early seasons of leading a team, staffing a DTS or pioneering a ministry will especially benefit from this course. Or for slightly more experienced leaders, you might enjoy the pause to evaluate and develop your leadership skills and get a fresh perspective for the next season.
LOCATION
The B2B is a residential course held at the Seamill Centre in West Kilbride, Scotland. Overlooking the beautiful water of the Firth of Clyde and nearby isle of Arran, Seamill's setting and community play a key role in the course as a place to feel refreshed and energised.
Seamill is served by the West Kilbride rail station, Prestwick Airport and Glasgow airport. (Please note, we have limited capacity for early arrivals.)
COSTS
£200 per person. Costs include course materials, accommodation and food for the participant. Transportation costs to the base are not included. Family members travelling with you, and not participating in the course, will be charged separately. If accepted, a £20 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your place. Fees are payable in full upon arrival.
