Attention Please Read: Is your request urgent? "Urgent" hinders your ability to live safely (as opposed to comfortably). This would include an active fire/smoke event, water flow that is unable to stop, smell of gas, inability to open or lock your door, inability to close your blinds, or anything that would risk electric shock.

If you are unable to reach either, please call the University Police Department at (512)448-8444

Note: Submitting a routine request as "urgent" will not be allowed. Residents who call in a routine request will be redirected to complete the maintenance request form.
