This is the 2021-22 (Summer 2021 through Spring 2022) Palo Alto High School Off-Campus course request form. If you are still interested in requesting a course for Spring 2022, please email msteingart@pausd.org and your school counselor directly. Otherwise, you can use the new form to request Summer 2022-Spring 2023 off-campus courses. The new form is found on paly.net under courses selection resources.
