Application Form for Hastings Lake Animal Hospital's Summer Kids Camp 2024
We are so happy to be able to offer our Kids Camp Program at the clinic this summer. There have been some changes to our rules and registration policies so please read the below carefully. 

  • We are accepting campers ages 9-14; we are not able to accept campers under 9 
  • Camp days are marked for campers in age groups 9-11 & 12-14. Please select dates that correspond with your campers age. (If you would like them to attend with a sibling or friend who is in a different age group you may select either date) 
  • Camp will run from 10:30am to 3:00pm
  • Cost of camp will be a 30$ donation per a camper to our rescue program which will be due by May 21st once you have received your camp date to confirm our registration. 
  • Due to the limited number of camp days each camper will only be assigned one day, you can elect for them to remain on a waitlist for additional days should we have cancellations. 
  • The dates we are offering are, by age group;
9 -11 years of age:
July 3
August 21

12 - 14 years of age: 
July 11
August 22
  • Camp applications will close on May 16th. You will receive confirmation by May 18th for your camp date or notified if we are unable to offer you a date. 
  • Priority will be given to campers from families who are clients of Hastings Lake Animal Hospital.
