Bus Service Reservation Form - '23-'24
Please use this form to request a seat reservation for your student(s) on the bus service for the '23-'24 school year.

  • In the morning, the bus will run from MCC to Clairemont campus, and then to AG campus. In the afternoon, it will run from AG campus to Clairemont campus, and then to MCC.
  • Service will start on the first day of school, Monday, Aug. 21th, insha'Allah.
  • Submission of this form does NOT complete reservation. We will send a follow-up email with a Contract and Honor Code that must be signed electronically before a seat can be reserved for your child.

Priority Reservation
Spots will be reserved in order of priority, as follows:

1. Students needing to commute from MCC
2. Families with siblings in both campuses
3. First come-first serve
Bus Fee
To be able to offer a bus service for our families, we are required to outsource the service to a 3rd-party contractor. Since BHA will incur significant costs, we must enforce fees to be able to sustain the service.

Fee by Route:
  • CC to AG campus: $175 per student/month*
  • MCC to CC or AG campus: $200 per student/month*
       *A sibling discount of $25/sibling is offered
Bus Schedule:

Morning Departure:
MCC to CC: 7:00 AM, sharp!
CC to AG: 7:45 AM

Afternoon Departure: (approximate)
AG to CC: 3:15 PM, Monday-Thursday; 1:30 PM, Friday
CC to MCC: 3:40 PM, Monday-Thursday; 2:00 PM, Friday

Expected Arrival at MCC:
4:10 pm, Monday-Thursday; 2:30 pm, Friday
