To Our Ultimate Community,

Connections are what makes the sport of Ultimate a Community.  Since March 2020 these connections have been placed on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic concerns.  The Club hopes to return to play this fall;   however, your feedback is required before such a determination is made.  With that in mind, the Center Grove Ultimate Club has developed this “Return To Play” survey.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START THE RETURN TO PLAY SURVEY
The Center Grove Ultimate Club will look to authority sources to determine the standard of care that is owed to Club staff, participants, and spectators.  These authority resources are:

CDC Considerations For Youth Sports
Indiana State and Johnson County Health Departments
Center Grove Community School Corporation
Center Grove High School Athletic Department
Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA)
National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS)
Indiana Ultimate Foundation (IUF)
USA Ultimate
